Grant 3D operates on a Due on Delivery basis unless payment terms have been agreed upon in advance of the project start date. Please note that delays in material deposits may affect the scheduled project delivery date.

Due on Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, payment is due in full upon delivery. All projects require a material deposit before work begins, unless specifically exempted by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms - Net 15
Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Net 15 is only acceptable if terms are established with the customer. A 30% - 50% material & labor deposit may be required prior to the start of the project.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Net 30 is only acceptable if terms are established with the customer. A 30% - 50% material and labor deposit is required prior to start of the project.

Materials

Material Deposits
A material deposit is required before Grant 3D will order or purchase any materials for a project.

Abandoned Materials
Any materials left at Grant 3D for more than six (6) months without prior discussion or arrangement will be considered abandoned and become the property of Grant 3D.

Customer-Supplied Materials
If materials are supplied by the customer, Grant 3D is not responsible for any damage, defects, or issues resulting from incorrect or unsuitable materials provided. If materials arrive late Grant 3D may be unable to meet agreed upon deadline.
